Two new features were launched this week.
First, you may now select a "NPS" score as an option for spectrum questions (check the box at the bottom of the spectrum question panel). This feature allows users to select discreet values between 0 and 10, matching the scale used by the standard Net Promoter Score question. Along with a text answer on why a user responed the way they did, you can build embedded NPS scores within your website or mobile ap.
Second, you can now filter results within the Traitwise Application to see results based on only users that answered a specific way to one of your questions. Click on "View: Questions" within the "Results" tab to get started! Then search for the question you want to filter by, click to select and choose the appropriate response. The data will automatically refresh.
